Your Priority Mail service you love to push in our faces is useless, and you offer absolutely no guarantees with it, nor do you accept any blame when mailings go awry.
Icing on the cake... This year I sent my parents in Switzerland two packages for Christmas. Both same size, both filled out online (meaning you can't use "illegible address" as an excuse), both mailed from same post office on the same day/time. One arrives 10 days later, the other sits in San Francisco for 2 weeks and ends up in Sweden. Are you kidding me?!? Thank you for ruining Christmas. You are total scumbags and you have lost all sense of pride in what you do. You'll be getting my business no more. So what if UPS is more expensive, at least customer service counts as an incentive for them to deliver packages to the right places, on time. 128b8bd

| 1. Written by Really mad. on December 24, 2011 from mt. laurel, new jersey, US No wonder the postal service is going out of business. My package, sent on the 19th, is actually in my city, 'out for delivery' according to their system. For the last 3 days... No updates, no nothing. Called yesterday and got told I should wait and 'maybe' it will show up today, and if not call back next Tuesday (the 27th). When I told them this would do me no good as the item is a Xmas present, I was told to call the local post office and given the number. A number that has been busy since late yesterday... Screw them. This is the last time I use USPS for anything. ![]() |
| 2. Written by unhappy with usps on December 24, 2011 from norfolk, nebraska, US I would completely agree. I'm having the same problem with my sons Christmas gift which is his main item. Paid priority $44 to get a $50 item here!!! VERY unhappy. Ordered on the 19th and on the 24th 6 days later it's not here, even though they say it should be. On hold for a supervisor and they're ALL busy been 15 minutes of hold time. USPS is worthless and I'm DONE using them. |
