I have been waiting all day (on my birthday to add) for a package to come containing over $250 of items purchased through Amazon. I have been checking the status every hour or so and then I see this: Notice Left (Receptacle Full/Item Oversized).

This item is a gift for someone else and I was looking forward to it coming for days. There is no reason for them not to bring it to my door. They have in the past if it was too big to SHOVE in my OVERSIZED mailbox! I can't even go pick it up at the post office because they will close before the carrier gets back with it.

I'm fuming mad right now at the pure laziness of this driver! Ruining my anniversary plans!

So much for Amazon Prime's guaranteed 2-day delivery! They need to stop using the LAZY, OVERPAID, USPS if they plan on continuing to GUARANTEE 2-day delivery!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

Location: Bruceton Mills, West Virginia

I agree. Itโ€™s bull is you ask me.

They have time if they started a little earlier(ahead of time) there a joke. They can come on other items but Iโ€™m some they donโ€™t what a joke

The contents of the parcel was a two 1lb. bags of tea.

My mailbox at the street was empty on the date of delivery, the day the carrier claimed "receptacle full / item oversized". This was NOT true; the mailbox was empty. In addition, I have not seen the carrier for days and believe he/she is not delivering my regular mail because he/she does not want to deliver the first and now a second parcel. The tea would have fit in the receptacle at the street because it was empty.

The driveway to the house is only 30 feet from the street. The house and porch are visible, and there is plenty of turn around space. The last time I received a parcel placed on the porch was 3 weeks ago. And previously I received all parcels either in the mailbox or on the porch.

Another parcel not delivered was marked "Delivery attempted Mailbox Full. This was a tiny switch the size of a small 9-volt battery. The mailbox again was empty. Another tiny switch is supposed to be delivered today.

I suppose I will receive another notice that this switch would not fit in the receptacle. I do not know what is happening to the USPS in 2021.

Yea Iโ€™m in the same situation in packages and Iโ€™m like what the *** to lazy to drop it off. My mail box was empty too and if the driver drove to my house I had a lot of turn around space and they still didnโ€™t deliver, on top of that I didnโ€™t even receive the notice either, Iโ€™m sure they stuck it in the wrong box and Iโ€™m pissed off about it, I drove all the at to the post office to get it and itโ€™s no where like wtf
