aug.14-08 we paid for six months to have our mail delivered to our new place.it is now sept.13/08

we were informed today we had numerous mail delivered to our old address at auburn in waterloo,that was not forwarded to our new address at steepleridge in kitchener,and it's now almost a month later.

we would like to hear from canada post in regards to why this has happened as we are truly pissed after paying $38.85.to have it sent here for the next six months.someone didn't take the time to do their job properly i think.

Hello, 

 

I have had a p.o. box in California for 5 years. I lost my key or left it at work and asked if they could hand me my mail. The customer service mgr said no. He asked where my key was with a smart attitude and was just plain rude. I'm calling the 800 to complain, but I know not much will be done.
