Chesapeake va post office on battlefield is very poor. First, upon entering your car will need an alignment after because of the pot holes. The parking lot is awful. The self service machine is always out of order, and third they should have a drop off box for packages that are already paid for. The lines are ridiculously long. Something needs to be done there. Our mail is sometimes delivered after 5:30 p.m. And they don't open until 10:00 am on a Sat. and then stay open only til 12:00. They should have a complaint box in the building. 128ba06
