Both USPS website and calling their customer services confirmed my package redelivery date - I even received an email confirming that redelivery will happen. There was no attempt of delivery on the scheduled date, calling and checking their website doesn't help as the status still says redelivery is scheduled.

Wait all day at home for them to redelivery until they close and still nothing. Most useless services I've ever experienced, terrible telephone menu that takes an enormous amount of effort to get to a real person.

Not to mention their customer services hours close earlier than what their website says - either that or the representatives clocked out early, call at 5:55PM and the menu already says they're closed even though they should be available up until 6PM.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Redelivery option is USELESS. They have it as an option just to falsely pacify your anxiousness but it doesn't mean *** I scheduled a redelivery twice and they still didn't deliver.

WHY have it as an option when it doesn't matter and they won't care about it when they actually deliver it to you. Useless service and they need to make the tracking system better. Just telling me it's in "transit" doesn't tell me ANYTHING! Amazon has actual timelines where the truck is and an arrival estimate!

Step up your game. USELESS, *** UNRELIABLE SERVICE.

This always happen; why bother even requesting redelivery? THEY WON'T COME, TRUST ME!

Amazon even sets up a redelivery, and they don't show up. You're better off picking it up yourself.

I totally agree! Once you've already scheduled a redelivery there should be a prompt to enter the USR Redelivery Confirmation Number!

How annoying is that automated voice who always says: "I didn't get that!".

There has got to be a better way! Sick and tired of waiting for a package that never comes!

Exact same thing happened to me. Farcical way to run a business - not quite sure how they can spend the money on the system and website for redeliveries but then never actually put it in to practice.

USPS redelivery website was easy to use, but never transmitted the redelivery information to my local postal hub. This is the second time I've requested this option, and both times they failed to deliver the letter the next day.

Also, try calling 800-ASK-USPS for some customer servic3 support. It's a very off-putting experience,
