I live in Spanish Fork, Utah and our postal delivery lady is incompetent to say the least. Over the past 5 years that we have lived here she has screwed up the mail almost weekly for me personally. Now, a very important package which shows delivered today is missing! When I asked once who delivered mail on one particular day when my mail was misdelivered, I learned she had LIED to her supervisor and said someone else was working that day. Her supervisor KNOWS she lied and they keep her anyway. Now, tomorrow I have to fix another screwup of hers! I have sat in my car and WATCHED this person drop mail on the ground and pick it up and throw it in ANY box just to get done! I have called the postmaster and so has my husband and nobody will replace this ***. I guess lousy help is HARD TO FIND. 128bc25
