I shipped more than 150packages every month. They suck on all International packages". I used to purchase First Class Postage, however, I was told by the customer representative that the tracking number is actually a Custom Number, not chaseable, I also advised to purchase Priority International Mail/. Alright, paid more until a package is lost and I was told that the custom number is also not trackable?. The only trackable service is Express International Mail That's 3times more expensive postage?. I asked why some packages with transit status update but some of them are not:. The representative said: you have to select "Signature required" or you have to get the receipt from the postal office, we have right not to scan every package to our system, that's why not all of packages with transit status update|. She didn't know that that was no option for "Signature required" for International packages!!!! How come they have no improvement in the past years? look at UPS, Fedex!. If you want to beat them by price, please just learn a little bit of the management?. I am so upset and feel shameful of keep saying sorry for the delay even I finally paid Express postage for all my International packages!! 128bc46

Nancy Taylor, thanks for the comment. I really don't understanding why do they have time to telling you all NO instead of doing something for the customers. I lost another package again, the customer representative said "no, it's not chaseble, you didn't buy insurance, nothing we can do" She suggested me to use Register mail, I told her that I purchased the lable through Ebay, she said "I don't know how Ebay works" I told her that someone at least tried to contact me regarding to my last lost package. she said"no one will contact you, because your package is not insured and the number is not trackable" I asked her very nicely "may I know if you are telling me that you just don't care about your customers?" she increased her voice and said"woooo, woo,wo, don't go there.I suggest you to use other shipping method if you worried about your packages." :? ...why..why...we are in the U.S, no where to complain other than we can share out sadness here.

The USPS is closing down because they are stabbling themselves in the back. First, they are very unfriendly and give the impression they don't like their jobs. Second, they spend more time telling you why they can't ship your package than shipping it and charging you a little extra if it is an inch or two too big. The PO refused to take a package of mine the other day because it was 2" too big. I argued with them because they had delivered it to me and I was returning it and PAYING. They like to tell you "no"--power trips. I took the package to FED Ex who willing mailed the package and with a smile. Another time, my package was not thick enough to go 1st class so the postal clerk actually told me to "go outside and put plastic bags inside" my package so it would be 3/4" thick and would go 1st class so I could buy delivery confirmation. The PO is shooting themselves in the foot by not being competitive and is loosing customers with their ridiculous rules and spending too much time telling people why they can't send packages instead of accepting packages.
