They
advert for a 4.95 flat rate shipping on small
boxes, went into the
post office and was told there were no 4.95 flat rate shipping, only what could bit in a really tiny envelope..i told them they have a 4.95 flat rate box, he said, no it is more expensive, they don't have them. I them called the 800 number the lady who responded called the man an idiot and said I was due a refund (they charged me 7.60 to send a small box...I called back the office I went into and they said NO..I could have gone someplace else and tried to find a flat rate fee box (this is un-acceptable) parking and waiting in NY woulod have cost more than the postage! I think if a company adverts something, they should HAVE to accept the price as posted, not contingent on them having a special box that they never have in
stock!! RIP OFF!!
