I thought it was one of their main jobs...delivering packages to people!! Apparently, for the mail lady in my neighborhood, it was too much to ask.

I live in an apartment building where you need a code to get in. And my door bell doesn't work. But the mail lady already has the master key to get in so she doesn't need to even ring my door bell from outside because she can just come to my door and knock. Today, she decided to come up to my door ( She usually doesn't and just leave the "we missed you" notice in the mail box. ) She said "Your door bell...broken?" Like she didn't know. Then she continued, "I'm not supposed to even come up here...". I was silent but inside, I was like "....!?!?!?". I wonder, does she expect everyone who is expecting a delivery to go to her?? Isn't that her job to deliver packages?? When I have other mail delivery person bringing me a package to my door, they never complain. They seem rather happy that they completed a job. But not her. I guess it's just too much for her to not be lazy and do what she is paid to do: deliver.

I should mention that this is the same mail lady who hit me with her mail truck and almost run me over and never even apologized. I regret being sympathetic since I had no injuries other than scratches and decided not to sue her because i should've sued the *** out of her!! 128bd0e

twice already has my package not been delivered by USPS. the first time i called them, received a case number, and within a day the pacakge arrived. the next order i place online, i get a confirmation that my package was delivered, and there's no package! not in front of my door, and sure as *** not in my P.O box! so im enraged at this point, furious that my package could have been stolen by some low life, good for nothing. i call USPS again, this time a bit more agitated asking where my package went and that i want it. Once again, they give me a claim number and im impatient at this point really. is it not logical to delivery packages, not mail, to someones door steps?! its just pure logic. i still have not received my package and they have not called me back so right now somehow has a purse that i purchase for 50 dollars, and im left empty handed. pieces of ***... javascript:ac_smilie(':(')

The mail lady is given a masterkey for a reason and I agree with OP that for her to complain about fulfilling her job is ludicrous.

I strongly feel that my local branch doesn't even attempt to deliver packages and relies solely on the "sorry we missed you" notes. They now have my package from Fedex Smartpost and I have left a note to buzz and if I don't get it tomorrow I will be furious.

Re:Kae

If we were all educated about our complains, I doubt that we would post any complains. I think YOU are the one wasting time responding on a post that you think was a waste of time.

If you thought someone was uneducated, why don't you share your knowledge and educating them without insulting? Because by doing so, your effort to educate someone will simply be a WASTE just like you did.

You must not be very educated on how USPS works. USPS is the ONLY agency that is required to hit every single household in America. This means that the person that is delivering your mail may have had 10-15 packages for your apartment complex-she's not going to go to every single apartment ontop of delivering the mail. UPS ONLY delivers packages and is not required to go to every single household. Your mail person has a 7-10 hour route-this means that I guarentee you that your Apartment complex is only 2 hours out of that 7-10 hour route.

Educate yourself before wasting time posting this.
