Rosa the window tech took care of 10 customers for every one the other window tech did. She deserves a little recognition, that's all. Quick and effecient. There was a line waiting for service, and only 2 techs were actually working, not including a third one sitting, doing nothing, but trying to look busy. The other "working" window tech was busy making jokes, disappearing...but not Rosa. She was taking care of business as quickly as she could. The line would have been down the block had it not been for her. I would like to know where the station manager was.... 128bd9a
