So very unhappy with USPS. When you pay $44 on Priority for it to be shipped in 2-3 business days and it's been 6 and still not here, I'd say I need a refund, and am 1 very very unhappy camper that will never use their service again. I've been on the phone for 15 minutes plus holding for a supervisor and they are ALL busy, and still on hold. And no one I talk to can help me. It left yesterday from somewhere that's only 2 hours away from me and everyone says it should be here today, I woke up to get to my post office this morning before they closed and it DIDN'T arrive. How do I explain this to my 3 year old son that his main Christmas gift which is BIG is not here and now he has to wait until Tuesday. 128bf9b

Also budget cuts looming above them doesn't help. I hate to be a *** but there's a lot worse things to break to your kid then presents coming in a few days late. Next time use FedEx or UPS if you want speed. 2-3 business days haha, yeah don't rely on that. |
