At least once a week we the USPS delivers mail with only "Postal Customer" as an address.

One of the most frequent senders is at 211 S. State College Blvd, #344, Anaheim, CA 92806 and is www.savingsinoc.com.

In all of these, my address is missing - not occupant at xxx street, city, state - this is all blank. Advertisers just print a pile of stuff and pay the USPS to deliver it to all customers. This should be illegal. Why is government-sponsored dissemination of spam permitted? In Europe, one can put a sign on your mailbox saying "no advertisement" and none is received. 128bfdd
