Shipped a package on the 12th of Jan priority mail from Pasadena, CA to Los Angeles, CA. On it's website it said delivery on the 13th. Today is the 18th of Jan!!!!! on USPS website, it still says Jan 13th-out for delivery. No wonder they are closing down stores!! When ask, " oh, officially, we have 5 business days to deliver the package. we are not required to scan or track the package. What you see online, all the scans, they are just a courtesy" Yup!! Pretty much saying in a nice way, we really don't give a *** WTF happened to your package. Wait 5 days, and then open up an investigation. otherwise, no one really gives a "sheeet" about your package. Too bad. 128c293
