I mailed a pkg from Silverdale, Wa. suppose to head to Bay Point, California. Left our sorting facility in Kent on December 10, 2011, same day I mailed it. Landed in Concord December 14th and stayed there until the 15th and then for some reason went to Oakland and sat until today, the 21st. Called around and not one person can tell me where it is.....? WHAT. Except "out for delivery" which doesn't mean on way to receipiants house just means left their facility headed WHO KNOWS. Explain tracking to me. They don't know why it went to Oakland. In concord they did state that the address I gave them, was not in there delivery area. Okay, what does that mean, why did kent send it to them? Help Christmas is 3 days away, and no one knows where it is. 128c2f5
