Larry treated me with disrespect & rudeness. Larry is Slow as he offered to help a white male customer behind me (I am black).

Larry is Rude as he took what appeared to be an unauthorized break (maybe even left the building). Larry does not Care for his customers or his position with USPS as this customer service rep didn't care about my purchase. Larry is Clueless as he was incompetent & lacking in appropriate customer service skills & knowledge.

Larry's performance was of poor Quality as this customer service representative did not handle my transaction in the manner required by law and postal policy. Larry's use of language my have included profanity & the use a racial epithet as he walked away from me when I asked the question, "May I purchase a money order?"

Monetary Loss: $500.
