I live in England, UK and I believed that the post service in the USA was considered one of the best in the world.
Im sad to say that all I had so far is a very bad experience.
I posted a package to a dear friend in the US, on delivery I get an email that the package was going to be sent back to sender as wrong address, this was not true. Took me hours with international phone calls and in the internet looking for someone to speak to, Finally got a response saying that it was going to be delivered on next day.
My friend was waiting all day for it and in the evening received an email saying that they attempted delivery and it was sent back to post office. All very strange as my friend was there all day. So I booked a re delivered for next day, my friend again was there all day.
This time I did not receive any emails and package still not delivery. So the question is, where is my stuff?
This is far the worst customer experience I ever had and very upsetting.

Total incompetence
User's recommendation: Avoid purchases from companies that use USPS to ship items, or use shipping companies that use the USPS for last mile delivery. Tell companies you do business with that you will cease orders until the USPS is entirely removed from their shipping process.

"federalize usps." LOL... The USPS is part of the Federal Government.
Let me guess, civics isn't your thing and your knowledge of how things work in this country is on par with that of a 5th-grade student. Look jelly, the powers that be, Postmaster Dejoy is trying to run the thing into the ground and replace it with a private entity.
