A $500 dollar Christmas gift package we bought was shipped by USPS 4 months ago but still appears in transit, we have raised a claim and submitted but USPS do not respond and their e-mail response site is useless I suppose being a government agency they don't give a ***** We are in the UK and the only response we get is to go to a US post office does any body have an e-mail address for customer services or do they actually have a customer services department. We have read thousands of complaints on line is there a US ombudsman we can complain to?

So it was sent to you in the UK? Has the sender started an international inquiry for the package? Do you have a customs number?
