We have been in correspondence with your USPS Consumer affairs SRCS district since early December in respect of a missing package and we lodged a formal claim for loss of goods in respect to this on the 13th of November. We continue to get no response from USPS apart from automated tracking response e-mails despite 5 repeated requests the last being the 21st of January.
We are totally dismayed by USPS apparent complacency to international customers and would like to lodge a formal complaint.
We have pages of correspondence in respect of this but USPS seem to ignore everything and hope complainers go away due to the barriers they put in place. We would like a response and a full refund but find it impossible to actually get a response from anyone and apparently having checked you cannot even sue them!
