I had an important document related to work authorization. This was posted by USCIS ( another defunct federal organization ) using USPS.

It was sent as a 2- day priority mail. Today is the 7th day, and its lying in some sorting facility in Chicago 60701.

You call the USPS and the customer service will repeat this *** which is on their tracking web-site.

"The package is delayed and will not be delivered by the expected delivery date. An updated delivery date will be provided when available. Your item arrived at our USPS facility in CHICAGO, IL 60701 on March 8, 2015 at 3:14 am. The item is currently in transit to the destination."

This reviewer shared experience about poor customer service and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $1200. This person is overall dissatisfied with Usps and uploaded a picture. The most disappointing about usps mail service at Usps was customer service and delivery time Reviewer wants customer support to reach our to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
