I had a package that was supposed to be delivered overnight. However, after calling several times.

3 times to be exact and having 3 different case numbers, my package was held up because of a "operational mishap" at a facility. I think its absolutely ridiculous that something of that manner will hold up something I paid the extra money to "MAKE SURE" it gets to me. My bet is the facility won't be reprimanded for their failure to do their job. Will never deal with USPS ever again.

Use UPS or FEDEX I promise they won't let you down. I am a former supply officer in the United States Air Force and I should have known that USPS was bound to fail again.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
