Due to lack of insurance, we order our medication online. its cheaper.

We pay for the Priority Mail so we can track and know when to expect shipment. Well, its lost. And no one at the USPS happens to know where it is. I can understand a few days late.

But its OVER a week late. The package literally just vanished. It shows it left the sort facility, and that's it. GONE!

This is absolutely unacceptable. And the email I received from the USPS was so rude.

Their exact words, "nothing is guaranteed" I'm contacting the media about this one. I have EVERY phone call recorded because I know they will try to cover their ***.

There is no excuse at all for the mail service not knowing where the mail is.
