Sent in a change of address form back in late August requesting mail be forwarded to our new office.Got a confirmation saying mail would be redirected no later than Sept.1.

It is now Oct. 11 and we have received no forwarded mail. Called to ask USPS what happened. Waited for customer service for 1 hour on hold.

When they finally answered they had no idea what happened with the original request and advise us to go online, cancel the old request, and basically start over. WTF?! Is this seriously how they conduct business??

This is a company, not a daycare, and our mail is very important.There are not enough words in the English language to express how ridiculous these people are.
