We haven't been receiving all of our mail since 2011/2012, after I called the police on a person parking in front of our mailbox.We have complained to the post office, usps customer service, consumer affairs, the postal inspectors and the office of the inspector general.
No one wants to do their jobs and find out what is going on. We have had our information compromised because of misdelivered mail. We have a regular mail carrier and that person seems to do his/her job well.
It is the other people when the regular mail carrier isn't there, that aren't getting us our mail.
