No way to contact a human being for customer service.

I have a simple question to ask a human but USPS has designed their phone system so it is impossible to speak to a human. It just routes it around and back with no option to speak to a representative, supervisor, no one. The question was not listed on the FAQ's page either. An already bad reputation has gotten worse for USPS.

Since some days, I tried to call your service with any success.

I send a professional letter ( with a lot of precious documents) from France with all security, recommended with aknowledgement of receipt. Since the last 1st january, I had any new, my letter seem to be in transit at Venice.

Now I want to have some answers : * Where us my letter now ?

* My receipt have receive it ?

If yes, have you a digital copy of delivery with signature ? * How is it possible that mail can get lost in the twenty-first century ?

I hope to have an answer from you.

If necessary, I will write to you every day until someone can give me an answer.

Resolving Missing Envelope

Since September of last year I have not received my Boise Earbuds II and the last date that was January 16th, but I didn't receive it. I've submitted claim several times and I get the same answer as they will research. I NEVER received my package. Not only that, but I'm frustrated issues with USPS. Daily I receive the Daily Digest email, and it says that ONE STOP MAILING with different tracking number.

Every time you call, it's a different story or a different answer. Package was sent to the wrong address, contacted them beforehand to fix it, was still delivered to the wrong address and taken from the mailbox.

Went to the post office and the lady said she would have the delivery guy go pick the package back up and redeliver it. Never happened. Called them the next day, and they said they had the package in the back, so I went down to get it to find out there was no package. Wasting my time, and I can't move well due to pain.

Investigation ongoing for 3 days. Everyone has different stories. Went to the place it was supposed to be delivered at the wrong address and the people there never got a package, even threatening with a federal crime or mail fraud the girl pleaded she didn't have it and that her neighbors routinely steal their packages. Well great job USPS.

Guess mail is for everyone, since they never move their *** to fix anything. Got the run around for 3 days and nothing.

My medications gone, pain meds missing and all thanks to the terrible USPS services in mesa county, Colorado. Good luck getting paid for them, losing your package even with insurance.

Missing Package

My package was never received or found. I've submitted missing letters and I never got received the envelope that has earbuds in the envelope and I received a text that I would have to pay for redelivery and incomplete information. They always have the same thing as it'll be delivered but never received. This was supposed to be arriving on November 16th of 2023, and now it's January 18, 2024.

A package was jammed into my apartment mailbox and I'm unable to get it out of the box because it's bigger than the opening of the mailbox door. This is the second time this has happened. The postman requires better training. I've been asking for the redelivery done appropriately, and I have to wait 3 days for the investigation. Still not delivered.

Lazy employees

I had a package "out for delivery" on 3/25/24 only to be notified that it was being held at the main post office per my request. I ABSOLUTELY DID NOT REQUEST ANY HOLDS!!!

Whoever was delivering that day, DID NOT feel like doing their damn job! This is an ALMOST CONSTANT occurrence with Philly employees. They are ALWAYS lying about "no access" or use wrong scan options when actually delivering. I live in an apt building where access is NEVER denied to deliveries OF ANY KIND!

I am handicapped and CAN NOT get to that office so easily. I CAN NOT even get to speak to an actual person when attempting to call to remove the hold since NO ONE answers the damn phone & the robot system hangs up when they don't!

I just needed help figuring out what the US tracking number was and all I had been the Chinese tracking number. The system kept telling me I needed the US tracking number to move forward to talk to someone, but I needed to talk to someone to get the number.

I tried emailing/messaging, and they told me the same thing, they gave me only 5min to enter the verifying code that was emailed to me and I received the email 10mins after the request each time.

I am extremely frustrated with the uselessness of both systems. I am beginning to understand why the USPS is being unfunded because at least FedEx and UPS let me talk to humans and help me.verne

Since the shipping address I was given proved to be non-existent, I did some research and discovered that the street name was spelled incorrectly. The name given, was "Alder Dr." and the research revealed it should have been "Adler Dr.". Certainly a simple oversight on...

I was assured by a vendor of a refund if the product was returned within 90 days. Since it had a $300 value, I paid USPS on 1-8-24 to send the package regular ground to the proper address.

When the vendor hadn't received it within 14 days, I checked the tracking number and it showed as "out for delivery" for over a week. I personally contacted the local post office who attempted to contact the Dallas office, but in vain. She said they NEVER answer their phone, but agreed to send them an email. There NEVER was a response, so on 1-22-24 I filed a claim on the lost package, giving the description and value of the product being returned.

On 1-29-24, I got a letter agreeing to only half ($100) of what I had claimed ($200). So I wrote a letter of protest, on 2-11-24 and explained the whole sad process and that I felt insulted at their offer. On 2-16-24 I received a letter of total denial. I never did receive the $100 that was promised.
Shame on me for trusting USPS.

I've said for years, that if you want a package to arrive on time, send Fed Ex. If you can't afford Fed Ex, go with UPS. If you don't care if it ever gets there, try USPS.

Their track record is getting worse and worse. But even the demeanor and attitude of the employees has become so cryptic and unfriendly, it is astonishing.
