USPS - Slow, lost my package
USPS has always been incredibly slow with delivery. Had a package from LA - SIN, they flew it through TPE and cost me a few extra days. Took about 3 weeks from when the company shipped it out to when I received it.
This time they lost the package. The tracking number shows it's at the partner facility, and when I reached out to USPS, I was told that was US customs and told to wait. Their customer service is *** too and they sound like they absolutely refuse to accept responsibility for anything.
So I waited for about a month, then reached out to the company, who sent out the exact same package again for free (and apologised when they had nothing to do with it).
Guess what? Took another 3 weeks to reach me. I bought the product on Nov 25 2017. Got it mid-Feb 2018. I have NO trust in USPS.
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
