I shop Amazon fairly often. My first experience with USPS miss delivering a package to wrong address, could not recovery package, wanted me to chase it down, I told them they delivered it to wrong place, they recover it. Never did get it, nothing was done to person that got the package.

2nd time, item shows on tracking in my city, then gets sent to another state, get message they are sorry, Amazon replaced this one, a week later, the original package finally shows up.

3rd time, same as second one, shows on tracking in my city, then gets sent off to another state. Went into local post office, woman with attitude won't do anything about the situation.

NEVER had any problems with packages when UPS and Fed-Ex was delivering.

Amazon sure made a HUGE mistake, thinking the USPS could handle anything but JUNK mail!!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $10.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Terrible delivery service poor customer service, Tracking service is all but worthless, Unprofessional, Unwillingness to take responsibility.
