The southfield location is a joke in the passport department. RUDE workers and they are soooo slow.

I understand the first come first serve list, but when you are over an hour and a half behind, how can you take a break without a replacement? I work 12 hour shifts and if I am too busy, guess what? I don't take a break until I am caught up and when I do, I have someone taking over for me so. I waited over an hour and I half and listened to the girl male comments about how she WILL get her break, and she WILL get out on time

If you are that far behind, I feel bad for the people you don't get to by 4 because I'm sure they are just SOL and have to come back.

Awful customer service. I guess the union jobs protect those that are no good at their job.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of usps customer care. USPS needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
