If they would tell me where they were delivered I'd go over and look into it myself but they don't provide that information. I was forced to close my bank account and open a new one which has caused all kinds of inconvenience transferring my direct deposit and direct debits for bills. Plus I'm out $31.19 for the check printing and shipping fees. This is the only package they've lost to date and I'm beyond angry that they chose to lose financial documents of all things. Anonymous SO QUIT BEING LAZY AND GO IN PERSON.

I have lost count of how many angry phonecalls I have made, how many rude reps were eating while talking to me, coughing in my ear without using their mute button, or otherwise behaving totally incompetantly. It seems that USPS does this so that customers give up, and they get to keep the money! They are charging for a service that they are unable to provide!
