I don't see the point in paying money (to a federally funded agency) that doesn't even bother doing the job I pay them for.Additionally, I'm currently on a 40 minute hold before I can even speak to a customer service rep. Scheduled pickups never happen, and what is worse is that the next day they send you a confirmation email for a successful pickup while the items are still sitting on your porch!

The New Castle Delaware USPS is the worst I have ever seen. We don't get our mail now until around 5pm, it always arrived around 12 noon until recently. When I fill out a priorty pickup request, half of the time its ignored like it was today. mow I have to drive it to the PO. Ladt week they lost a priorty package that tracking says was delivered, but 10 days later I still do not have it.

A priority mail package has been sitting in the LA Mesa CA facility for two days. It's aporox 20 miles or less from my home.
