Tried to understand why the package could not be delivered, all they did was say that it was the sender's fault even though there was proof that the sender wrote everything perfectly.After confirmation with the sender that the address was correct USPS continued to say that the address was wrong.

Other types of mail services worked except for USPS. Customer service representative was rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful.

Save yourself the trouble in the future use a little more money and use another carrier, UPS is much better than USPS for a little more money.Workers are more friendly, service is better, and they don't lose packages.

Monetary Loss: $100.
